Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of data associated with Arab System services and connected Meta integrations.

Submit a deletion request

Send your request to [email protected] or through our Contact page. Use the subject Data Deletion Request and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant account or records.

Please include

  • Your name and business name.
  • Your contact email and phone number.
  • The connected Meta business, WhatsApp number, page, or account identifier, where applicable.
  • A clear description of the data or account you want deleted.
  • Proof that you are authorized to make the request.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request and verify the requester.
  2. We identify relevant systems, records, and contractual obligations.
  3. We delete or anonymize eligible data.
  4. We confirm completion or explain any lawful or contractual exception.

Important notes

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or contractual obligations.

Deleting data from Arab System does not automatically delete data held independently by Meta or another third-party provider. Requests concerning third-party systems may also need to be submitted directly to that provider.
