These terms govern use of software, integration, support, and related services provided by Arab System, a department of Arab Security Gulf, Kuwait.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the security of their accounts, obtaining required permissions and consents, and ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

4. Third-party services

Some services connect with third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, telecommunications systems, and business applications. Their separate terms and availability may apply.

5. Data and privacy

Personal information and Platform Data are handled according to our Privacy Policy, security practices, contractual commitments, and applicable requirements.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, improve, suspend, or modify services when reasonably required for security, reliability, compliance, or operational reasons.

7. Prohibited activity

Users must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the services in a way that harms others or connected platforms.

8. Limitation and support

Service levels, warranties, support obligations, and limitations are governed by the applicable commercial agreement. Nothing on this website replaces a signed contract.
