How the service works
1. Client-owned assets
The client owns or controls its Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, pages, and other connected assets.
2. Authorized connection
The client grants the permissions required for the selected service. Access is limited to the assets and permissions approved by the client.
3. Operational delivery
Arab System routes authorized events and data into the client’s approved workflows, such as customer support, CRM records, appointments, notifications, and service operations.
Platform Data principles
- Used only for the requested service.
- Separated by client and protected by access controls.
- Available only to authorized personnel and systems.
- Retained only as required for service, security, legal, or contractual purposes.
- Deletion requests are handled through our published process.
